Murray Productions substantial on-going investment in tooling includes the very latest computer and machinery tool technology and our capabilities are expanding all the time.
Our ‘start to finish’ service provides an in depth combination of engineering disciplines, including machining, presswork and tool making.
Associated heat treatment and finishing processes are carried out by our pool of carefully selected sub-contract approved suppliers, most of whom we have worked with for many years, and who are all certified to a minimum of ISO 9001 or AS 9100 and Nadcap approval. Certificates of Conformity for all finishing processes are supplied in order to maintain full traceability. Subcontractor approved suppliers are familiar with carrying out FastTrack and AOG services.
We have extensive knowledge of close tolerance requirements and work with a variety of aerospace grade materials, including exotics. All materials are sourced from our approved suppliers, ensuring full traceability by our batching system and bonded store facility.
Murrays are flexible in our run capacity from one off manufactured parts and batch prototyping to larger runs of tens of thousands. We will ensure a fast turnaround when your parts are required urgently.
Our full and comprehensive conventional machine shop together with power press area fully supports the main CNC machining section.
